Just ended up reposting it instead of bumping - old one was really out of date and had no discussion, so this was a lot easier than the painstaking update I would have had to do

But yeah, this deck is crazy fun to play. It just floods the board with tokens, and dropping Hissing Iguanar, Rage Thrower, or Perilous Shadows tells the whole table "Go ahead and board wipe me. You do, you die."

I've won a number of games with my copy spells, my favorite thing to copy being Overwhelming Stampede. Just a few copies and your whole team can easily have +60/+60 and trample. Those are some beefy saprolings.

 Garruk Relentless Is also good for making 2/2 wolfs and if he flips he can tutor creatures

I would love to put him in, but his flip side is black, making his color identity illegal in my red/green deck, sadly. Believe me, if one card ever tempted me to ignore the color identity rule for this deck, it was Garruk Relentless.

Sometimes I like to envision the spells I cast and how cool it would be to see something like a mob of giant saprolings destroying everything in their path.

I haven't done much exiting to this deck,  though I do still play it (and enjoy it quite a bit). The only addition I can remember off the top of my head is Primal Vigor  though I don't remember what I took out to fit it in. I'd be happy to take a closer look at it and get any more update details for you later this weekend when I have time (Sunday night probably), if you'd like.

Holy crap dude! My cousin and I built him a Sek'Kuar Deathkeeper list that we've been constantly updating, and geez, Hissing Iguanar and Rage Thrower would've unbelievable in that deck!!!

What about purphoros god of the forge to make the tokens really hurt?
