That card wouldn't work because you can't target something in the command zone. That would be like in a game of EDH you trying to Doom Blade soneone's general that hasn't been played. Don't meean to kill your idea.

Sacrifice to the Gods Enchantment As and additional cost to play Sacrifice to the Gods, pay X amount of life and put X blood counters on Sacrifice to the Gods. At the beginning of your upkeep you gain X life, where X is the amount of blood counters on Sacrifice to the Gods, and each opponent loses X life, where X is half of the amount of blood counters on Sacrifice to the Gods rounded down.

At the beginning of your End Step, if you have 0 life, 10 or more Poison Counters and/or no cards in your library, you gain 5 life, remove all but 7 poison counters and/or put 5 cards at random from your graveyard into your library. Exile Return From Hiatus.

Every time you discard a card, you may exile an instant or sorcery from your graveyard whose converted mana cost is equal to or less than the discarded card. If you do, put a copy of the exiled card on the stack without paying its mana cost.
Whenever you play a creature, you may draw a card. If you do, discard a card. 2/2

Everflame Hatchling Haste, Flying When Everflame Hatchling dies, exile it instead. Then return it to the battlefield under it's owner's control at the beginning of that player's next upkeep. At the beginning of the end step sacrifice Everflame Hatchling, it deals 2 damage to you. 2/1
Part of a red archetype from my set. The Everflame cards never really die and are very over powered, however they tend to deal damage to their controller and some kill themselves.
The last card like this ill create for a while. The deck dump is getting old
Radical thought
Discard cards off the top of your deck untill you discard a instant or sorcery. You may play that card without paying its mana cost. Exile it after it resolves.
For each card discarded this way, add to your mana pool.
Speedshackles Equipped creature has haste. Equip Basically Lightning Greaves except it doesn't stop you from equipping other stuff which is my reason for hating Greaves.
