Two Card Combos

Omnath, Locus of Rage + Perilous of Forays + Amulet of Vigor is "infinite". As long as you have 7 or more basics its gg.

Gotta have enough basics to do 40 dmg but yea seems fine. Limited infinite.

Not just basics. Any land with a basic land type: Duels, shock, battle, the "specials" from Kamigawa. I think you'll be fine for normal play. In commander it's a one-side board wipe at the least. And then someone plays Armageddon.

Infinite Reflections + Sublime Archangel.  It's pretty satisfying when you one creature attacking for hundreds of damage!

Expedite and Zada, Hedron Grinder = draw a card for every creature you control, in a mono red deck

And they'll all have haste, too.
Only slightly worse than Crimson Wisps, because it doesn't make all your creatures red.
Sometimes that is relevant. Than again, a new red card draw engine in Zada is very nice for standard.

That actually works. I had to reread a lot of split spell mechanics, but it does...

Other nice cards under 3 CMC are wheel of fate and ancestral vision.

Well is you're referring to all suspend cards and not just instant or sorceries, then there are some. For example,  Ith, High Arcanist.

They untap and then draw, flicker the Seer, they draw another card, then you look at their hand and exile a non land.

Not the most broken combo, but a very nice combination of two cards: Arjun, the shifting flame + diviner's wand. Since Arjun is a wizard, it attaches for free, then Arjun gets a nice bonus for every spell cast.

 Kaalia of the Vast +  Master of Cruelties... Had a friend pull this off on me... I had been mana screwed and had no creatures out.

King Macar, the Gold Cursed + narcolepsy.

Any inspired card really, but Ive been sitting on 4 of him and just finally found a good use.
