I feel different. I think Bonfire of the Damned is going back up. It's more splashible. Also, Devil's Play is seeing more action. They're both Rares, bonfire is mythic.
Really? I swore that just like 2 months ago it was 100... Maybe I just Mia read it
Go by the average, not by the high price. The low:average:high of TCGPlayer (where iMtG gets its price readings from) works by posting a mass number of reported sales of that card in a given time. The low is lowest sale recorded (makes sense right?), the high is the highest, and the average is the mathematic average of the sum of all numbers. The low can get distorted if a place sells a card for too little (gets ripped off) and the high can get distorted if a sale rips off a customer. Or if a number gets messed up somehow. I've seen a $9.00 card listed at $9900 high before.
When a card gets a faulty price listing like this, TCGPlayer fixes it by removing the 1 price posting that is skewing everything. It takes time for such mistakes to be noticed, reported, and fixed. What you saw with all is dust was more than likely one of these bugs - someone sold it for $10.00 and entered $100.00. TCGPlayer fixed it by removing that entry.
