I've been wanting to get into Doctor Who but know where to start. Hasnt it gone through numerous reboots over the years?

Stopped in 1996 due to funding, rebooted in 2005 due to people demanding it back. Easy to start from 2005 or from Series 5, where the eleventh doctor starts. I think there is also going to be a good starting point in the next episode, which is on Christmas.

Best Sci-Fi show ever. I'm liking Matt Smith but David Tennant is by far the best, hands down.

You see, I've been watching since the beginning and I loooooove me some Tom Baker.

So ive watched the first few episodes starting with the 2005 reboot. I think its my new addiction.

I was pretty happy they left, the show started to feel stagnant and boring with them. I look forward to the new companion and will always miss David tennant
