If the guy at my LGS who has a Norin deck is there tonight at fnm, I'll ask what key cards he has in there for you. Confusion in the Ranks is the only one I know for sure, and I see you have it already.
Obviously anything with "whenever a creature enters/leaves the battlefield" would be very good.
Warstorm Surge will stack up a butt-load of 2's rather quickly with Norin around, which you also have. Unfortunately Red isn't the best color for that kind of thing.

He said, and I quote, "
Pandemonium,
Confusion in the ranks, and a bajillion burn spells. It by all means shouldn't work but it does. I'm bad at magic." Lol.
But yeah, I flipped through and that is his deck. Use occasional good multiplayer creatures like
Tauren Mauler, and have a million burn spells and burn creatures like
Brimstone Mage,
Spitebellows,
Valakut, the molten pinnacle, burn burn burn until you get confusion lock or pandemonium/warstorm surge when Norin starts doing huge damage.

Need 5 more -.-

You have pandemonium in twice, so you need 6

I like
Wild Ricochet in red EDH. It can ruin someone's day.
Depending on your budget,
Bonfire of the Damned is always nice if you can afford the card. If not, red has lots of boom boom.
Comet Storm,
Blasphemous Act,
Fireball,
Banefire, even
Urza's Rage can all be good in a deck like this. Stall for your lockdown with it, or use them as finishing blows.

Sorry for the bump but I'm planning on making a Norin deck and I was wondering how this works for you?
