Lanowar and Olivia both have activate abilities. Pay a cost* for an effect. Necrotic ooze would get them. *Cost being tapping or paying the mana.
Elesh norn has static abilities. A effect that is always actives once the conditions are met. In this case Elesh being in play. But since its static and not activate, no fun for ooze.
Deadeye's soulbond is a trigger ability, its an effect that is triggered by something occuring in the game. In this case Deadeye or another creature entering the bf. The soulbond of Deadeye in particular GIVES both bonded creatures an activate ability but only if bonded. Since Soulbond is not an activate ability but a trigger ability Ooze gains nothing from him either.

An "activated ability" by definition has a (cost) : (effect). Meaning you must pay something in order to get something.

The ooze would be able to tap for {G} and use Olivia's abilities. The other two don't apply.
