Magic Binders - advanced collection management. Foils and stuff I would get an iPad just for that, although it works on iPods and iPhones all right as well. I moved my trade binder into plastic boxes and use iPad for trading at FNMs, once I'm happy with the trade, I get the stuff out of the box. Works for me
System Bookmarks and Advanced Predicate filtering. Mostly for nerds who dig SQL.
Substitute card images. For sets not on Gatherer, or as a temporary solution while your phone is downloading the proper image. This version is not yet back to our own scans.
Bunch of bits and pieces, such as more flexible main menu ordering and Gatherer link in card rulings.

Also internal database structure update, so make sure you are nicely backed up on Dropbox, have a nice clean system fresh after reboot and plenty of free space before you install. Just in case

The features are frozen, GOLD has been forwarded to Beta Testers. You should see it in the App Store within two weeks.

mostly everyone who wants to be a tester becomes a tester. If you recently applied, wait a little while. If you applied for it some while ago, a heck your inbox and spam from the email you registered. If there is still nothing, re-apply and you should get it. When you become a beta tester, you only star in the next beta version(meaning 3.0.1), not the current beta version. Any more questions regarding?
