That's your best bet, i did that way back when for {ZW913} issue and because of my threatening letter he sent his half of the trade plus like 10-15$ in extra not just to me but the other 2 ppl whom got ripped and this is illegal what he is doing, it is theft!

Well I mean it's dumb to you know rip us off but give us his address I mean now we know where to send the legal paperwork if needed. Again I hope it's just taking a while
