At a glance, I think you might want a little more land. Maybe closer to 40. Or have some mana fixers.

Also, I don't think the {Strata Scythe} is much help here.

IMHO.

I like going at just a 1/3 land ratio and in at 2 shy so ill see how it works whats the worst i have to drop a couple if cards right now i figure ill just test and see

Maybe for 60 decks, but at 100 there's a better chance of getting mana-screwed. I guess you'll see in testing.

Some people have to learn through failure or actually seeing what the problem is.. They can't just be told it's not going to work. I have that problem sometimes, especially when it's a deck I absolutely want to work

Really, there is no replacement for playing things out for yourself.  People can give you all sorts of advice, and they could be right or wrong, but playing the deck first hand will show you much much more.

But, if you ask for advice, 'round here you'll get some.  ;)

Yeah I know I will get advice. Which reminds me I need to edit the skeleton deck I put up on casual..

Ok what should i replace with more land i was thinking 35ish for the land?

Well, you might want to add cards that work off your Commander. Most of your creatures are high CC, so maybe some cheap creatures that let you draw. {Archiologist}, Merfolk Looters (I forget their names, but if you search for blue creatures with "draw" in their text you'll find them.)

"Looting" is the term for "draw a card, then discard a card" effects and abilities.

What about adding [Candles of Leng] [illuminated folio] [jayemdae tOme] and [sceptor of insight] still doesnt answer what i should remove
