Some friends of mine use perfect fits. They're actually really nice. Good feel to them, and durable. And their snug fit makes them less bulky than most other sleeves.

I'm a poor high school student, but I am going to invest in KMCs or Dragon Shields because they break less and are a better investment in the long run.

I use dragon shield, ind I adore them. Another plus to perfect fit, is that you cans double sleeve. First in the perfect fit, then in the dragon shields. (For really important cards)

Anyone have any suggestions on what I should add to my dimir mill deck I think I'm good for now but I'm talking about in the long run what should I do to make it nonstop mill

Depends on what you have in it now?

And the format. {Mind Funerak} and {Glimpse the Unthinkable} are two of the best mill cards you'll ever see. They're not standard though.
