I wish there was a way to make a real chat room in this app:( I have so many questions about magic and it takes a long time to ask them all and get answers

Saw Mark Rosewater last night at the EMP in seattle. Played him with my silly defender deck. He was undefeated but he claimed i was the closest to beating him after our 20 minuet game. Squee!!

Is it just me, or did DGM try to slow down reanimator, but still leave it powerful? They got things like {Deadbridge Chant} and {Obzedat's Aid}, which are fantastic for reanimator, but they have a pretty big cmc with no flashbacky effect.

Definitely put a hamper on it. I love {Deadbridge chant} and the quasi-dredge that {rot farm skeleton} brings but they're too costly. That's why I've been working on UB reanimator.

They knew exactly what the were doing when they made {rot farm skeleton} unable to block. They saw how fast dredge can be, and with one toughness? Forget about it. Every turn, you'd be milling four cards and getting a blocker out of it. Way too dangerous.

I'm out of standard for a little while so I can focus on mastering draft, which I am close to doing according to a couple of the PTQ grinders at the store. After that I will focus on Constructed and getting the cards for it.
