Fun card, and I like it with {Archeomancer}, but it won't help the OP get {Omniscience} into play sooner.

Play a bunch of Draw, {Thought Scour}, cantrips, proliferate maybe.  Toss in {Talrand, the Sky Summoner} just so I can get some use out of him.  This may be the next deck I build.
