I'd pull the Caverns.  You want blisteringly fast goblins and tapped lands will slow you down.   

{Mogg War Martial} is almost strictly better than {Krenko's Command} in this case, since for the same cost you get two 1/1's and it'll turn on your Cohort.  You could have both, mind you.  Got any {Goblin Matrons}?
