Any suggestions? It's aiming for control and I already plan on{guile} with every counter possible but does anyone have suggestions?

Command with either {Ertai, Wizard Adept} or {Kira, Great Glass-Spinner}.

My buddy runs a mono blue counter deck with {Kaho, Minamo Historian} as his commander. That and {Training Grounds} can get pretty nasty. I've yet to see it lose 1v1.

Wow at the historian and ok what about creaturebase/ defense? Just in case something slips in

Cards like {Surgespanner} and {Vedalkan Anatomist} are nice. If anything gets through, they can't use it. The spanner combos nicely with {Azami, Lady of Scrolls} too, which could give you some nice draw power if the deck is built right.

{Stormtide Leviathan} is always good. As is {Dream Thief}
