Well, slight correction, you'd need to animate all of their lands. But that's doable with some cards.

I am not so sure I may have to call bombo here since those cards both say "they still count as lands" and the pulse does not allow you to target lands

But bloodline I believe allows you to exile all their animated lands because they are creatures

Cannot remove them if the can't targeted in the first place.

The exile-land combo was strictly for {Sever the Bloodline}.  I currently don't see a way for {Maelstrom Pulse}.
