It's okay to just play plains.

Kaziklu

Nah I would put in the exalted land over plains if I dropped haunts

Which is???

Kaziklu

Cathedral of war. Just saw that it comes in tapped though so I don't think that'd be wise

Still good for a +1 if you got a creature to swing. I'll take that small downside no prob

Yeah, but in an aggro deck?

That +1 is suboptimal in this case.especially when you can't cast your turn 2 play and swing with your beefed up war falcon that's almost exactly like a flipped delver

I wasn't talking about this deck. Just in general. To note, I've also exclusively played EDH for the past few years. So aggro turn 2 stuff doesn't register with me or matter.

No honor of the pure? In mono white why not?

Kaziklu

Because I'd have to take out Thalia over grand abolisher and she gives me more leverage on the opponent if they don't deal with her right away. I'd rather have an extra turn of beats than get +1 to my turn one play. The goal of this deck is to consistently beat them down before turn 5. Hard to do versus wrath effects and early spot removal. Thalia puts them a turn behind

Phat Max

I'm starting to like {Sublime Archangel} over {Hero of Bladehold}, if you have the ability to make that switch.

Reason being Sublime does something when you cast it, with exalted and all that. Hero gives them another turn to answer it.

However, creature type is fairly relevant, so I can see using hero too.

Grand Abolisher could go into your sideboard and you could put honors in.

The only reason honor isn't in is because I can't fit it in. I can only come up taking out purge and 1 cage and maybe an o ring. That's my initial assessment anyway without testing for it.

You have to fit it in. There are plenty of things to take out.

Put the grand abolishers in your sideboard and put 4 honors in.
