What is dotp? Steam? ???

Duels of the Planeswalkers.  It is the game that was released for Xbox, Computer, and PS3.  Steam is the program that people downloaded it with.

Can you make your own deck?  Can it be played on an iPhone?

You can unlock pre-cons and unlock sideboard cards for each deck.
iPad, not iPhone (I think the screen's too small to really work well on an iPhone.)
