Just make a deck of A LOT of cards that search for enchantments I guess. I will have to do a database search...

The deck would probably have to be around 228 cards or so to ensure that you have enough to win. Also, with mill getting all sorts of treats in m13 I doubt this kind of deck could be competitive. But who knows?
