1 {Time Sieve}
1 {Thoptor Foundry}
1 {Sword of the Meek}
5 {Swamp}\{Plains}

Tap a land sacrifice sword. 1/1 Thoptor comes on the field bringing back the sword. Repeat 4 more times. Sacrifice the five thopters through Time Sieve.  And there you go infinite turns

It just looks like a complicated way to get an extra turn. Am I missing something?

You don't just get one, you get unlimited turns.  Worth the effort.

scarsabrex

sacrifice sword of the meek. sword attaches to new token. repeat 4 more times. sacrifice tokens to sieve for extra turn. you start the next turn with the same setup the card you just drew and 5 more life.

Costs 1 more ad you don't have the life gain as a bonus so foundry is better

At that point does it really matter if it's always your turn.

Have both to improve chances of hitting the combo.
