Notes:
Discard deck using creatures and sorcery, instants, and artifacts. Creatures with enough strength. Low low budget so best I can make(would work better w 4 Megrim's, I know) any thoughts are appreciated

Discard decks need {lilianas caress}. IMHO. Plus you need to be careful cause you can have a handful of discard effects and your oppenent has an empty hand. My discard deck also had a few target player draws cards.

My discard deck splashes blue for that exact reason. I can make the guy discard all he wants but then he chooses to not keep anything in his hand and tries playing everything. Best cards for this would be {jaces archivist} and I love {wistful thinking}. Empty hand? Ok. I'll help you out! That makes him discard at least two everytime you do it.

I know it's a budget build, but some form of liliana must be in here..cheap $5 vess even...it's just not discard without her

I have {The Rack} in mine so that when they are down they start losing health.

The rack is fine, but you don't wanna have a han full of discard spells when opponents have nothing and your waiting for te rack to appear.

If the Vess is the one where her ultimate is take all creatures from graveyard. Thats the one I prefer. It makes more sensethen destroy permenants (I know it makes sense storyline wise)
