The worst fat pack

I bought a $43 avacyn fat pack today (hoping for a Bonfire or two). I recieved plenty of commons and uncommons (as is expected) but I was totally disappointed by the rare output. The only things worth money in the entire pack were a Wolfir Silverheart (I had two foils already), and another Champion of Lambholt (I had two). I ended up trading them to a friend for a sol ring for my EDH, but I'm still disappointed. The ofher rares were things like Lone Revenant and Druid's Repository. Worthless rares. I'm a little peeved by the whole experience.

I'm finding more and more it is not worth it at all to buy packs.  I have pulled nothing but garbage if I get anything less than a booster box.  I feel your pain

I used to.  I bought a NPH fat pack and pulled a {Batterskull}.  But, at the time, I wasn't concerned about price, and for some reason, I did not like Batterskull, so I traded it for my friend's {Etched Monstrosity}.......  Come to think of it, I think I did the same thing with Innistrad.  I think a {Geist of Saint Traft} is what I pulled from it and I traded it away for garbage thinking I was getting the better trade.  I don't like my old trading habits lol

I've bought tons of boxes, never get anything good. I had a left over Intro Pack, gave it to a buddy because he wanted to start getting into it. To make a long story short, he bought 2 boosters and got {Tamiyo, the Moon Sage} in one and {Cavern of Souls} foil and {Zealous Conscripts}

I always get a Fatpack for the dice and box. It helps to keep things organized.
