What are duel decks?  Are those cards going to be in standard. {brainstorm}?

Duel decks are two casual decks built to be played against each other. They have cards that you can use, but only in formats those cards are already legal in. Example, Jace vs Chandra had {Counterspell}s. You couldn't play them in Standard at the time, but you could play those in Legacy.

Was about to ask the same question, {isochron scepter} would be great in today's standard. And I've always wanted to use {eternal witness} again, how about {life from the loam}?

He is also on a art or some card I forgot the name it was a bolt of some sort and he is on the champion playmat I think he's the second walker
