That would be so F-ing great late game against another control deck....

Esper vs. Grixis:

Esper: miracle entreat for 7.
Grixix: overload hot swap. Gimee that tamiyo. Ultimate time! Not that it matters because you just died.

~Wild Beastmaster

Creature - Human Shaman
Whenever ~Wild Beastmaster attacks, each other creature you control gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is ~Wild Beastmaster's power

Quackmaster5

Or that + champion+ craterhoof. Lol. That would be overkill.

1st one: ................we're all f---ed.

2nd one: hm interesting.

3rd one: meh

I can just see an Izzet Pyroclasm deck right now.

Also, has anyone else noticed cards that hate on other guilds? For example, the angel is hatin on Golgargi!

has anyone noticed the trend recently, with these previews and their articles on DailyMTG, that the authors are seemingly pre-emptively defensive of the cards flaws? I feel like i've read three different passionate paragraphs about why card X is so amazing and worth it even though it costs a lot and isn't really that likely to get played. Case in point, the new Limited Information article about that five mana enchantment that's like {Burning Vengeance} for multicolor spells.

yeah what phonies!!!

*looks in the mirror and remembers typing endless rants about staff of nin*

...

*awkward silence* :0

Maximo

I just feel like they're trying too hard. Definitely feels like a high CMC set though.

Dudecore

Well 2 junk mythics so far.

I don't like these high CMC cost cards as much as anyone else. That enchantment might see some EDH play, and perhaps limited (since you can pick) and is still better then {staff of nin} (which is a litmus test for bad cards :P)
