They have {Tamiyo, the Moon Sage} and {Jace, Memory Adept}.

Tamiyo is good, costs 5, she's very much a blue card. Her draw ability doesn't exactly play into a blue style, still good. Memory Adept is 5 mana, not amazing.

With Ponder rotating, blue could use a good, albeit costly setup card.

It's not really a blue thing to be Aggro. Maybe u/w tokens they attack with token -tamiyo to draw cards? Most people tend to associate tamiyo with control and not Aggro.

For 4 mana and a 2nd ability you can get a +1 +0 emblem for all your creatures with {Sorin, Lord of Innistrad}, or +1 Target creature gets +3/+3 and gains flying until end of turn with {Elspeth, Knight-Errant}, {Lightening Helix} with {Ajani Vengeant}.

His -1/0 by turn 4, who is he protecting? Gimme {Forbidden Alchemy}, you dig deeper, costs less and you can keep the card you want.

New jace, 4 mana and -2 loyalty...you get 1 card. Junk. Next.
