Is it just me or is this card almost completely worthless?  I have pulled 3 so far and honestly can't think of a situation where I might want to use it.

 I think when wizards makes a 50 cent MYTHIC RARE, they fail just as much as when they make a mythic rare that gets banned.

I had a {Stasis} deck back in the day. I hated it. And this was before they beat {Winter Orb} to death with the Neft bat.

I might consider it. I am going to try to see what I can do but I honestly think it is about as horrible as they come.

Actually I can see that being played with Urzatron/Loci where mana isn't really a problem. Though I grant it is a niche at best.

Or at a token deck, it plays nicely, u sacrifice tokens, until your opponent is weak enough for you to sacrifice the madness. It has to have a whole deck built into it, though, so...
