The banned/restricted lists are in the appropriate sections. Apparently they are still accurate minus {Land Tax}.

I do not fear delver all my friends use removal alot anyway so he's never used

In the article, it is said that a lot of people run delver, but not as many actually win with it. Also it says that m13 doesn't have a lot of delver love. So people will be hopping off the delver bandwagon soon enough.

Sounds like they banned {griselbrand} in commander.  That makes me a sad panda.  {Sundering Titan} too, I'm fine with (boo land hate)

their is a bit of a flaw in their statement though. w/u delver might have the highest representation right now as far as decks go and have a fair chance against non delver decks. but delver and snapcaster have found their way into u/r delver and rug delver as well. just because the decks are evenly matched does not mean the card is fair in a format.
