The foil isn't devalued anymore than the regular. They would both be affected In value, not just the foil. It's the same exact card minus the foil part. It's not like its a promo or anything.

Ever since the pro tour avacyn came out he spiked and tanked in last 2 months. Regulars went for as much as 11$ (what I traded for) and now he's sunk around 6$

I meant that he's not worth more than the regular card. Because the foil was mass produced it doesn't raise the value.

Not like a foil resto angel doubles the value because it's rare. Te promo is worth no more, maybe less than the regular one.

It is worth more. Go check his foil value. All it does is drive down the OVERALL VALUE, like I said.

I'm not arguing because I don't know, or I think my opinion is better than yours. Its a fact that the foil is ALMOST double in value of regular.
