You have {Crystalline Sliver} listed twice. I would suggest removing it altogether, as you don't want to be blocked from targeting your own slivers. {Asceticism} will serve you much better.

I've heard this said before and it's completely true. The Karoo lands aren't very good in edh because land destruction becomes a 2 for 1 for them. Guildgates would work better here

Back on topic, this deck only really wants about 15 of the slivers. The rest should be ramp/counter/control/draw/wipe/tutor/win
