There's also no such thing as too high a mana cost in commander. People hard-cast {Draco} common enough, you should be able to get the mana for Gisela

Since you are red/white, some extremely fun cards to add with Gisela if you care to exploit her are {True Conviction}, {Celestial Mantle} (pair it with conviction on Gisela for absurd amounts of health), and any additonal damage-doubling spells like {Curse of Bloodletting}. There are at least 2 others, but I forget their names.

I can see {Inquisitor's Flail} becoming a particularly deadly piece of equipment in this deck too with Gisela out, daunting on its own even without her.
