If someone tries to o ring my intangable virtue or parallel lives can i use cloudshift on it and will the o ring go away?

Nope, {Cloudshift} only affects creatures, not enchantments or any other permanent.

You could use it if they targeted a creature.  Think of a cloudshifted creature as an entirely new creature.  Anything that previously was attached to it, targeted it, assigned to be blocked by, or assigned to block something....or whatever else will cease since the creature that re-enters is a new creature more or less.

yes but you have time it to the etb trigger not o-rings casting. just to specify.
