Think you're supposed to have 99 cards then the commander making 100 not 100 cards then the commander.

When you're in the deck builder it gives you a card count that doesn't include your sideboard, so when you post, your 100 turns out to be 101.

If you add up all the numbers the deck is legal. Deck builder just screws it up

Well, you're really mana heavy, so I would recommend X to burn spells like {Fireball} and whatnot. You could get away from a ton of creatures that way.

{Bonfire of the Damned} would be a good one.

I play a creature-heavy deck, and this was brought to my attention as well. Have things that shuffle your graveyard into library like a couple Eldrazi and the {Elixir of Immortality}.

Should keep you relatively safe from board-wipes, or a least easy enough to recover from.
