I've been thinking of a Boros flicker thief do you can permanently steal stuff...

Yea my original idea was more of a theft flicker with both "act of's" lots of fun to attack then cloudshift to
Permanent keep your opponents dudes. "Oh I'll take you {phyrexian obliterator} thank you very much."
The only problem I had with it was playing against a few decks with little to no creatures. Nothing worse then holding two acts and nothing to steal.

Why run 3 acid slimes?

The whole point of the deck is to bounce things or " flicker" them in and out of the battlefield with {cloud shift} or the {conjures closet}. {Acidic slime} destroys lands every turn sometimes twice or three times all while {Stonehorn dignitary} and {fog} prevent attacking and damage.

Ton of good blue flicker effects. {ghostly flicker} and {deadeye navagator} for example. I'd like to see your build.

Right right I didn't see it that way, acidic slime is a beast used like that then
