Mycoloth's Crusade

{Mycoloth} + {Cathars' Crusade} doubles his counters each turn. I do have a question though so this may better be suited for the Rules section:

Since the Saprolings ETB at the same time and the Crusade ticks for each creature, do they all get every +1/+1 counter or is it incremental? My assumption is that they all get all the counters.

(Example: Mycoloth has 6 +1/+1 counters. My upkeep, do I get one 2/2 Sap, one 3/3, one 4/4, one 5/5, one 6/6, and one 7/7? Or do I get six 7/7s?)

Six 7/7s.  All tokens hit simultaneously, so they all get +1/+1 counters.
