Apocalypse Horde

Does the horde deck have to be commander or can it have multiples.
Do you think anyone will mind if I do not have the real zombie cards but I still want to play horde so I print them. Since its not a competetive deck would anyone cary if i proxied (even though I do not actually own the card)

Horde is not a commander deck, though my group uses commander decks to beat it(sometimes, usually get stomped) but proxy away, it's only for house games! Just have fun. It'll take a few rounds to even it out.

Not trying to do a self indulgence bump here, but has anybody tried this out with friends? How did it go? I play it at least 3 times a week, so I can help even out some kinks if need be

I'm working on making a deck for it at the moment, I told my friends the idea and they all seemed to like it a lot. I just don't have enough big-time zombie fun cards yet, and will be looking for them in trades every FNM until I can fully assemble the deck.

Good to hear! I will say though some of the fun of it is using decks not meant/specifically made to beat the horde.

Of course! I meant making the horde deck. I don't have that many zombie cards to use, need to get some cards to make the horde more scary/fun.

I have over 70 cards for zombie tokens I use for standard. Most are tales from the crypt cards that my mom had a crap ton of. I'm going to start trying to make the hoard deck once I get home.
