Think that's a shot at {Snapcaster Mage}? Same combine Mana cost as Snappy+{Mana Leak}, and inverted Power and Toughtness.

He's the poor mans {Snapcaster Mage} and may actually signal the ban of Old' snappy.

They're from the iPad version of "Duels of the Planewalkers 2013". The cards in that game don't have M13 set stamps.

Ah I see, but would mtgsalvation post a card that has not been verified? It says they're from m13, maybe it's just mislabeled and they are actually from dotp???
