Alright so I got a comander deck but {dismember}ed it. I still have {vorosh the hunter} and I would like to make another deck. However I do not have many cards I will post what I do have but if there are any good budget cards for me please let me know.

Pretty much all the stuff in the commander decks except for sol ring are the budget cards and are you making a deck around vorosh?

Hmmm mana ramp stuff, Birdy nom nom blue counters and draw spells, black kill spells they're are good cheap exalted green blue guys and of course black tutors and junk

Vorash needs to hit at least once to become a huge terrifying threat, so on top of removal and blue control to keep him alive, it might be worth it to add unblockable tricks like {artful dodge} and {ghostform} to sneak him past enemy fliers and reachers. Then after he gets through and becomes a 12/12, he probably doesn't need unblockable to survive if blocked by a couple 5/5 dragons.
