Friend of mine (who I got the beta {Tundra} from) has all of them. He played when he was a kid, and didn't sleeve anything or that. They're in damaged condition. But he did get some {black lotus} and other power 9 cards when they were $15, those were in better shape (sold them to help finance his wedding).

Oh man you have no idea, my bro and I have both massed major collections and lost the whole lot, twice each. I am responsible for taking a lot of cards out of circulation. The list is too long and believe me, it would make everyone shed a tear. Have you posted a list of your deck? I may have some extra stuff laying around I can throw your way!

I would suggest a section titeled helpers in need and everybody helping gets a place in there

I don't remember what happened to a lot of my cards that I had when I stopped playing around '97 (I didn't have any Moxen or that many money cards except maybe a handful of dualies.)  I did leave a Pre-release a couple years back and forgot everything I opened that day:  6 booster packs from the Sealed event, two Drafts.     Could've been worse, but I never got them back.

Now a good friend of mine took a cab home from our card night once (after having a little too much silly-pop) and left his entire collection in the back seat.  We're talking some real money stuff: Dualies, some Moxen, completely foiled Dragon, Demon decks, easily over a thousand dollars gone.  He checked with the cab company, local card shops, not one trace of the cards.

He's doin' okay, don't worry.  He has his own flooring company and he's rebuilding his collection after some time away from the game.
