Fixed the Gathering crash which happens in 7.0.3 if your iMtG Server is not enabled.

Magic Binders Details of displayed entries in View Setting will now display total quantity of the same card from other Expansions in brackets. Thanks to reezel for seeing it through ;]

None that I've seen yes. The one weird thing is that sometimes a random (0) is added onto some of the numbers.
