In Main Menu -> Shop: "Have it All" doubles (or triples) the remaining iMtG Server time.

iMtG Server expiry date is recorded on Gathering in addition to saving it in the iCloud.

iMtG icon updated to focus on 7.

I would try Main Menu -> Settings & Tools -> shake for Shake Menu -> Reset to Factory Defaults. But this resets all app settings, too.

Do you know the URL on which it is crashing?

7.0.3 doesn't crash if you have iMtG Server enabled, haha. 7.0.4 should not crash regardless ;]
