Gonna post the obvious......{brainstorm}.

Are you sure? All I really thought I needed was a few basic counterspells.

I have been play testing a DelverBlade deck posted in Legacy and brainstorm pwns with {thunderous wrath} and {temporal mastery}.  Counterspells are always helpful so I would consider {daze} and {mana leaks} but they will take away from your DD spells and/or creature count....so its a trade off.  If you are having troubles with the deck then do the trade-off and add the counterspells and what not.

Edit:  {daze} will be tough in this deck unless you change your mana base around to have more {islands}.
