Does this mean plane chase only items (shardless agent) may only be printed here again???

As per http://magic.wizards.com/en/content/planechase-anthology-information the four PC2 (2012) decks are reprinted, and all the 86 planar cards.

I for one already emailed my LGS to pre-order one.

If you're looking at value, the most expensive cards from the original set is {insurrection} at $5,- mid.

Actually, I think your wrong. If I remember correctly the first one has master of etheriam (13 dollars) and also I think it had Cabal coffers (20 dollars). But forsure the big money cards are in planechase 2012

True, I missed those when looking at the list, since MoE was printed at common in PC.
