You might have accidentally added multiples of certain cards that pushed you over 100

For starters, any card other than a basic land can only have one copy in your deck.
I saw multiples of several non-basics. I don't know if this is intentional or not, but cutting those brings your card total down somewhat. I'd then recommend seeing if you can replace cards to keep the total land around 35-38.

As for further help: what are your goals? What do you want the deck to do?
