Is a {U}{R} prowess/burn/control deck possible right now?

I built this and before I take it anywhere I was hoping to discuss with you guys what it is most likely to have struggles with.
I thought about 2 DtT in for 2 Heralds out but im not sure.

Can a deck like this do well in current standard?

Sets only rotate out with the release of the first set of a new block. OGW is the second set of the block, therefore nothing rotates out. When the next set is released khans and fate will rotate out, then 2 sets later dragons and origins are gone
