Modern deck help for first deck

Looking to build a infect deck since I like the play style looking to spend under $200 for this first deck

Do you have a mana base already? (Shocks fetches) if yes is there a certain colors  you like playing?

Do you have a pool of cards. When did you start playing?(what set/block)

No fetches atm coming from standerd atm in modern I been running a deck my buddy helped me make if anything I'm looking to build off this deck and make a side bord I'm 12-3 atm with it and love the play style Infect Deck

I like black green black blue or black green blue decks arm it fits my play style

For $200 I believe you can put together most of the deck besides the lands. The other expensive pieces are heirarchs (important) and spellskites (less so?). http://mtgtop8.com/event?e=11397&d=264689&f=MO

Ink moths are very important right now, as are the spellskites. There is way too much removal that just whiffs due to one of these two.

Cut down the creatures to just the agent and the infect elf for now. Everything else should be interaction ({vines of the vastwood} and {spell pierce}). Your goal is to streamline into a consistent game plan. Also, your goal is to be FAST. Try to avoid tapped lands.

Sweet I got those otw stoked to try it out and expand. If u guys think of more keep it coming plus would it be smart to run a green white fetch and tap lands cause I got a few green white is to get out the one white card I have for Protection
