Actually decided to run this at states next weekend. Pretty much the modern aristocrats deck that placed 14th at that big Oklahoma event a while back but for standard. Basically a combo deck.

{gather the pack} seems to be absent from your list. I like the card a lot, maybe ditch the ascendancies to give you a high enough creature count for company

Well with the smothering abominations and grims what I tend to do is draw a bunch of cards then at end of turn just discard all of them and that raises my gravecount, I previously had gather as a two of but didn't like it so much because I'd loose cards I needed such as rally and coco

Not having the the benefit of an eternal witness is tough. I think that's why in modern the satyr was ran effectively, but here that style of card is riskay

NOW this deck is mean. I've been playing on MTGO and it's ridiculous. I rallied for 4 while i was on 1 life and instantly won with 2 butchers, 3 haruspex, 3 zulaports, a few blisterpods, and a few emissarys. So gained 20 life drew 20 cards dealt 20 damage and won lol

If there's a rally in hand don't be scared to block everything with all your chump dudes and your zulaports. Especially if you have an ascendancy down. Wait till it seems you're in a rough spot then cast rally and win.

Tweaked the deck after states. Main problem I had before was no way to kill problems, therefore I dropped 4 company's and added in 4 splinters. As well as added 1 Tasigur and 1 vampiric rites. It needed a threat other than the butcher. I dropped carrier thralls for the other additions.

How is the build running now? Been showing it to my friend, how is Taisgur actually working out for you?

Thinking about dropping Tasigur for another vampiric rites or evolutionary leap. He kinda words against the deck and I'm not liking it at all.
