Vines of vastwood

{Vines of Vastwood} questions.
If I play it on my opponents creature they can not target their creature.  What happens if I play it on my creature and the opponent redirects it to {Spellskite} by activating his or hers ability?  Who can no longer target the Spellskite ??

Vine's ability says "your opponents", meaning opponents of the controller of the Vines spell.  If you cast it on an opponent's creature, YOUR opponents won't be able to target it (which in a two-player game means them).
