If i play an awaken spell and my opponent destroy my land in response all the spell fizzle. According to starcitygames with their àsk a judge blog.

But i hâve read somewhere that when à spell is resolving, you hâve to do as much as you can . Could someone tell me more about when à spell fizzle and when it Will résolve even If some target arent on the field anymore?

A spell only fizzles if the targets for ALL instances of the word 'target' in the text are illegal when the spell tries to resolve.  Let's say I cast {Cone of Flame}, targeting your Arbor Elf with 1, Dryad Arbor with 2 and Elvish Mystic with 3.  Even if your Arbor goes away, Arbor Elf and Elvish Mystic will still take damage, as they're still legal targets.  In the case of the Awaken spells, they add an additional target.  If I cast Rush of Ice for its Awaken cost, it has 2 targets: a creature and a land I control.  Even if one becomes illegal (The creature gains hexproof or the land gets destroyed), the other will still happen.  Now, if it's a spell like Ondu Rising or Planar Outburst for Awaken Cost, the spell has gone from having 0 targets to having 1.  If I cast Planar Outburst for Awaken and my land becomes an illegal target before the spell resolves, the spell WILL get countered for having an illegal target and wont destroy Non-Land creatures.  This adds an interesting Risk/Reward factor to playing them.
