Reasonable? Additions? Ideas? Go nuts

Pack rat seems bad with ensnaring bridge.

Distriimuir

It's just to have as a back up in case bridge gets taken out. The "combo" with discarding and mutavault makes it seem worth it.

I like it. Its very basic, with everything you need and nothing you dont. While i prefer the creatureless version, pack rat is fine with mutavault. You can get around ensnaring bridge to a certain extent by activating the mutavaults after you have declared attackers. You can also branch out and splash white, red or even green. But for a mono black version what you have is fine. Other options to consider are {blackmail}, {funeral charm}, {smallpox}, {delirium skeins}, {waste not} {phyrexian arena}. I would suggest you drop 2 {raven's crime} for 2 {funeral charm} or {smallpox}, you don't need 4. Also 24 land is way too much when the top of your curve is 3. I would suggest 20-22 land. You dont need the full playset of {dakmor salvage} and if you are mono black you dont need urborg at all, even with the mutavaults. I would suggest dropping 2 urborgs and going down to 2-3 dakmor salvage.

Mr_Fahrenheit

Pm me if you want to see my list. I play B/w 8 rack without any creatures.

I've found waste not to just not have the punch I want it to. Your right on the land though, but I play urborg so that Muta can be a swamp if I like. But I do love retracing Ravens crime so maybe the extra lands are good. I certainly need to make space for pox, not sure why I forgot it lol.

Never considered blackmail, certainly seems good, an I love funeral charm but idk if I want it over others. Thanks for the replies, very helpful and friendly, I'm liking it.

Try {delirium skeins}

Also, I forget the name, but a 1/1 skeleton for 2 that you can sack to make them discard 2

Hmmm not bad, I'll have to test with it. I typically clear their hand in four to five turns if all goes well. But this might be a good card for the super draw decks. Thanks!

Mutavault is unable to get through ensnaring bridge no matter when you activate it. Assuming it has more power than cards in your hand of course.

Im not talking about mutavault getting through, im talking about activating it to make a single pack rat bigger after attackers are declared so if you only have one card in your hand you can still attack with the pack rat and deal more than 1 damage. Probably should have worded it better.

Also, {Funeral Charm} is good because of the instant speed discard. Normally, they draw a card and can use it until their next turn. Make them discard during their draw step.
