supporting your lgs allows them to thrive however.

Informed but haven't ordered yet. My LGS has €90,- on boxes, €30,- on fat pack. Looks like it's gonna be a one of fatpack for the awesome lands, and hope I'll get lucky on an expedition. If I do, I'm gonna open more, if not, that's likely gonna be it.

I would support my Lgs if they didn't charge full price for a box , he charges 115$ plus tax for any box that's not mm or mm2

coolstuffinc.com gives you discounts the more money you spend. For example I am level 8 on that site and get 12.5% off singles and 4% off sealed. They are at $109.99 for a box. But yea.....ebay prolly the cheapest out there.

Brush up on your Russian & Japanese and call an LGS in Tokyo / Moscow.

In all honesty, I thought earlier living closer to the source would positively influence Russian prices, but it doesn't really. Could still inform if you wish @ my LGS. (Living in Europe)
